July 28 Sorry HuwbertI just read thru my comments and Huw put a sad face cos of something i wrote :( Sorry huwbert, i didnt mean anything against you. I just meant that computers are incredibly boring. Which probably has a lot to do with the fact i'm not clever enough to understand them.... 80's CRDLast night was our 80's CRD (That's common room dance, for all non college people) It was lots of fun. I dressed up as Gene Simmons from KISS, a costume that turned out quite well if i do say so myself. I'll have to get pictures from Talita's camera, and other people and put them up here so you can see.
It was a night of bad fashion, drinking and dancing. It ended about 12am, after which some people went out clubbing. yuck. I went and watched Donnie Darko in Doug's room with Talita and Rex (and Doug...he does frequent his room occasionally) And went to bed...well a Donnie Darko length after 12am i guess. I'm so glad i decided to go to the 12pm Physics lecture, instead of the 9am one. I may have died....
Anywho, it is not 11.24am and I should probably leave to go to physics in the next 10 mins or so.

THoughts for now? Ryan is going soft in his old age. He is going round hugging people and being nice and calling them beautiful. it is MOST alarming. Something must be done. Valese and I dont know what yet...but it will be done.
Went and saw The Da Vinci Code last night with Mark and various trinity people. We were waiting for cake and missed the first minute of the movie. It wasn't vital was it? Fortunately i have a terrible memory, so i quite liked the movie. The only trouble with having Tom Hanks as the main character is that i can't think of him as Richard Langdon, i can only think of him as Tom Hanks. Otherwise a good movie.
David came over last night looking for his shoes. If you have them of know of their whereabouts, could you please contact them.
Still no sign of what i was Actually going to talk about. BIt of a shame really. . . . And possibly going to civic on thursday, so for all you party animals (that are reading this...hehehe. yea right) i might see you there
July 03 TicketsI am holding in my hot little hand 11 prebought tickets to Pirates of the Carribean!! woo!!! (and by hot little hand i mean they're upstairs on my dressing table) And cheaper than expected too, only $11.50 each. YAY!! June 30 ColdI am sitting here freezing my toosh off. Just thought you would like to know.
I finished my work experience today. Got to watch a desexing, that was intersting and a dental surgery. I've decided i dont really want my wisdom teeth out after all. I still want to be a vet, in case anyone is interesting, doing work experience just made me more enthusiastic about it.

2) 7th of July - Pirates of the Caribean 2!! yay!!!!! Getting mum to order tickets tonight!! wooo!!
3) Possibly Gyroscope and Kisschasy on the 12th and 9th (Dont know which is which) but that depends if David gets his organising act together and if he can do something about the 14 Gyroscope tickets stolen from his car
4) Ryan's birthday party on the 13th. Should be a big one. lots of people, good food and grog
5) Dale's birthday party on the 14th. Wow a lot of people are born around this time of year. what's with that?

June 29 Eight StoriesSo eight stories is the maximum damage height ey wade? i'm not quite sure if that makes much sense...but ok.
If you're all (all being like...2 people) interested, the cat had surgery today to have a pin put in its leg and clampy things sticking out the sides to keep it straight. As expected the cat was cranky as hell when she woke up. She was still a nice little cat tho, just in a lot of pain. Burmese seem to be a nice breed.
I'm still dying of my cough, but i'm still going out tonight, to a pub with ryan and valese and tandy. Should be...interesting. It is doubtful i will drink tho that is more to do with budgetary concerns than moral/religious/health ones. Perhaps i can convince someone to buy me a drink...hmm...
Pirates of the Carribean 2 comes out on July 6th. We are going on July 7th at 12.30pm at Tuggeranong. It goes for 2 1/2 hours. If you are interested and havent been contacted (chances are I've tried) I'm prebooking tickets tonight or tomorrow morning, so if you want one you'll have to contact me before then. Or ask my mum if I'm not home. Tickets are $12.50 and you can pay me back on the day. June 28 Dear AmarkTsk tsk tsk. Making rude comments about my blog on other peoples blog. How could you. I'll check if it is public, on the off chance someone may like to read it. Don't see why, its not cool and random like Wade and Huw's blogs, mainly cos my random moods don't correspond with my blogging moods.
Work experience is fun. Learning how they take x-rays and do blood tests. We had a whiny dalmation, a cat that jumped off a 3 story building and now has a very broken leg, a grumpy foxie and a diatetic cat. I never knew how much work the vet nurses actually do relating to the surgery. They do dental work, set up the surgery, make sure the animal doesnt die under anesthetic, put in IV's, heaps of stuff.
Does anyone know if I'm doing anything on the 13th of july?? the date sounds really familiar, but i can't remember for the life of me...
Ohh, Pirates of the Carribean 2 on the 7th July. very exciting!! everyone must come.!! |
